Evaluation of heating and cooling systems for functionality and age, including vents and thermostats.
Electrical System:
Inspection of service panels, breakers, wiring, outlets, and light fixtures for safety hazards.
Plumbing System:
Checking pipes, water heaters, sinks, showers, toilets, and water pressure.
Exterior Features:
Inspection of siding, paint, windows, doors, driveways, and drainage.
Interior Components:
Inspection of insulation, ventilation, smoke detectors, stairways, and sometimes built-in appliances
